Analysis and comparison of pre-match warm-ups at the level of performance and grassroots football

Abstract:

Tématem bakalářské práce byla analýza a komparace rozcvičení před utkáním na úrovni výkonnostního a masového fotbalu. V teoretické části jsem se zabýval charakteristikou fotbalu z fyziologického a psychologického hlediska, obecnou charakteristikou rozcvičení před pohybovým výkonem a charakteristikou strečinku. Dále se v práci zaobírám charakteristikou rozcvičení ve fotbale, konkrétně z hlediska struktury, hráčských funkcí a také funkcí strečinku a masáže v rozcvičení fotbalistů. V teoretické části se také věnuji struktuře fotbalových soutěží v ČR a na závěr uvádím model doporučeného rozcvičení před fotbalovým utkáním, jak pro hráče v poli, tak i pro brankáře. Praktická část je věnována prezentaci získaných informací a jejich interpretaci. Pro účely práce bylo sledováno celkem 15 týmů na úrovni výkonnostního fotbalu, masového fotbalu vyšší výkonnostní úrovně a masového fotbalu nižší výkonnostní úrovně. Z výsledků bylo patrné, že existují shody mezi výkonnostním fotbalem a masovým fotbalem vyšší výkonnostní úrovně a rozdíly mezi masovým fotbalem nižší výkonnostní úrovně a zbylými dvěma podsoubory v rozcvičení před utkáním.

Abstract:

The topic of the Bachelor's thesis was the analysis and comparison of pre-match warm-ups at the level of performance and grassroots football. In the theoretical part, I discussed the characteristics of football from a physiological and psychological point of view, the general characteristics of a warm-up before physical performance and the characteristics of stretching. Furthermore, I discuss the characteristics of warm-up in football, specifically in terms of structure, player functions, and the functions of stretching and massage in players' warm-up. In the theoretical part I also discuss the structure of football competitions in the Czech Republic and finally I present a model of recommended warm-up before a football match, both for field players and goalkeepers. The practical part is devoted to the presentation of the obtained information and its interpretation. For the purpose of the thesis, a total of 15 teams were observed at the level of performance football, grassroots football of higher performance level and grasssroots football of lower performance level. From the results, it was evident that there were similarities between performance football and grassroots football of higher performance level and differences between grassroots football of lower performance level and the other two subsets in pre-match warm-up.
