Abstract:
Cílem této práce bylo vyhodnocení sezónního kolísání výkupních cen mléka, předpovědění budoucích cen a jeho ovlivňování výsledku hospodaření. Ke splnění cíle práce bylo použito několika metod, kterými byly sezónní složky časové řady, stanovení odhadu budoucích hodnot a výpočet několika ukazatelů rentability a aktivity v závislosti na zjištění podnikového zdraví. The aim of this study was evaluate the seasonal fluctuations of purchase prices of milk, predict future prices and its influence income.
