Ownership Right and it's Protection
Abstract:
Cílem této závěrečné práce je pokrytí základní otázky vlastnického práva, jeho nabývání, výkon a omezení. Vlastnické právo je nejsilnějším a nejrozsáhlejším věcným právem. Jde o právo absolutní, které působí vůči všem ostatním osobám. Vlastnickému právu jako jednomu z lidských práv a zároveň jako základnímu subjektivnímu občanskému právu je poskytována ochrana celým právním řádem České republiky.
Abstract:
The goal of the final thesis was to cover basic issues of ownership right such as general definition of the institution, its creation and termination. The right of ownership is the strongest and largest property right. This is the absolute right to act against any other person.
