Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na povolání všeobecné sestry a na problematiku její prestiže. Teoretická část práce obsahuje informace o všeobecné sestře jako profesi a základní poznatky o prestiži. Empirická část se věnuje analýze kvantitativního výzkumu zaměřeného na pohled sester na prestiž sesterského povolání a faktory, které se podílí na hodnocení této prestiže.
Abstract:
This bachelor thesis is focused on the profession of a general nurse and the problematics of its prestige. The theoretical part of this work provides information about general nursing as a profession and basic findings about the prestige of this job.
