Bakalářská práce se zabývá čokoládou a čokoládovými pralinkami. První část teoretickéčásti je zaměřena na historii čokolády, charakteristiku kakaovníku a také výrobu čokoládyaž po její skladování. Bachelor thesis deals with chocolate and chocolate pralines.
