Gender diversity in a specific company

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce na téma Genderová diverzita v podniku si klade za cíl analýzu a zhodnocení současného opatření na podporu genderové diverzity ve vybraném podniku a následně vytvoření doporučení pro podnik na základě zjištěných skutečností. V teoretické části práce jsou vymezeny pojmy související s genderovou diverzitou, dále jsou vysvětleny důvody, pro které je vhodné genderové diverzitě věnovat pozornost a jakými způsoby a opatřeními je vhodné ji implementovat do řízení podniku. V praktické části práce je proveden výzkum v podniku, jehož prostřednictvím je zjišťováno, jaká opatření na podporu genderové diverzity jsou v podniku zavedena. Následně je provedeno hodnocení zjištěných opatření na podporu genderové diverzity v podniku. Závěrem práce je přistoupeno k vytvoření návrhů opatření ke zvýšení genderové diverzity v podniku.

Abstract:

The aim of the bachelor thesis on Gender diversity in a specific company is to analyze and evaluate the current measure to promote gender diversity in the selected company and to create recommendations for the company based on the findings. The theoretical part defines the terms related to gender diversity, explains the reasons why it is appropriate to pay attention to gender diversity and in what ways and measures it is appropriate to implement it in the management of the company. In the practical part of the work is carried out research in the company, through which it is determined what measures to promote gender diversity are introduced in the company. Subsequently, an evaluation of the identified measures to promote gender diversity in the company is carried out. At the end of the thesis, there is a proposal for measures to increase gender diversity in the company.
