The thesis deals with possibilities of limiting the transferability of shares in limited liability companies and joint-stock companies. It analyses relevant provisions of the law and identifies problematic parts of the legislation related to the topic of the thesis and then seeks a suitable solution using methods of legal interpretation and logical argumentation.
