Cílem bakalářské práce je analýza procesu plánování a realizací oprav strojních zařízení ve společnosti ŠKODA AUTO v závodech Mladá Boleslav a Kvasiny, včetně identifikace nedostatků a návrhů opatření k jejich odstranění. The aim of this bachelor’s thesis is to analyse the planning and realisation process for repairs to machinery at the ŠKODA AUTO plants in Mladá Boleslav and Kvasiny, including the identification of shortcomings and proposal of measures to remedy these.
