Abstract:

Práce je zacílena na problematiku maloobchodní nabídky zboží a služeb ve venkovském prostoru v Plzeňském kraji, konkrétně v Klatovském okrese. Aktuálnost dané problematiky, vychází ze zajištění, obslužnosti stále žijících obyvatel malých obcí, především starší generace. Obslužnost a funkčnost daného regionu. Zhodnocení finančních možností obcí a zmapování stavu zaměstnanosti. Zkoumání vlivu zaměstnanosti a finanční situace obcí na maloobchodní nabídku zboží a služeb ve venkovském prostoru v okrese Klatovy. Byly využité metody sběru dat a informací z databází, a to především ČSÚ, z webových stránek jednotlivých obcí a dotazníkové šetření mezi starosty obcí, analýza a následné vyhodnocení. Výstupní data a informace jsou zpracovány do textu, tabulek a grafů. Přínosem práce je zjištění stavu nabídky maloobchodu zboží a služeb ve venkovském prostředí, finanční podpory obcí a stav zaměstnanosti v obcích v okrese Klatovy. Výstup práce je omezen analýzou pouze určitého regionu České republiky, tudíž to neodpovídá celorepublikovému stavu. Turisticky a geograficky atraktivní obce, tvoří výjimku, oproti velikostí a počtem stále žijících obyvatel srovnatelných obcí. Tyto obce disponují odlišnou maloobchodní nabídkou zboží a služeb, finanční situací, úrovní zaměstnanosti, a zároveň i odlišnou poptávkou oproti běžným malým obcím.

Abstract:

The thesis is focused on the issue of retail offer of goods and services in the rural area in the Pilsen Region, specifically in the Klatovy District. The topicality of the issue is based on ensuring the service of still living inhabitants of small municipalities, especially the older generation. Serviceability and functionality of the region. Evaluation of financial possibilities of municipalities and mapping of the employment situation. Examining the impact of employment and financial situation of municipalities on the retail offer of goods and services in rural areas in the Klatovy district. Methods were used tocollect data and information from databases, especially the CZSO, from the websites of individual municipalities and a questionnaire survey among mayors of municipalities, analysis and subsequent evaluation. Output data and information are processed into text, tables and graphs. The benefit of the thesis is to determine the state of supply of retail goods and services in a rural environment, financial support for municipalities and the state of employment in municipalities in the Klatovy district. The output of the thesis is limited by the analysis of only a certain region of the Czech Republic, so it does not correspond to the national state. Touristically and geographically attractive municipalities are an exception, compared to the size and number of still living inhabitants of comparable municipalities. These municipalities have a different retail supply of goods and services, financial situation, level of employment, and at the same time different demand compared to ordinary small municipalities.
