Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se týká SWOT analýzy společnosti ALBIXON a.s. Analýza je nejprve představena a vysvětlena teoreticky a poté je převedena do praxe. Cílem práce je zjištění silných a slabých stránek společnosti a poukázání na příležitosti a hrozby vyskytující se na trhu. Zároveň je úkolem této práce stanovení strategie, kterou by si firma měla na základě výsledků analýzy zvolit.
Abstract:
This thesis relates to the SWOT analysis of ALBIXON Inc. The analysis is first presented and explained theoretically and then put into practice. The aim is to identify the strengths and weaknesses of the company and pointing out the opportunities and threats existing in the market. It is also the task of working out a strategy that the company would be based on the analysis results to choose.
