Factors affecting the criminality of young people
Abstract:
Tato práce se věnuje faktorům a příčinám, které ovlivňují děti a mladistvé k páchání trestné činnosti. Dále se zabývá různými druhy kriminality a specifickými znaky mladistvých delikventů. Pro pochopení všech vlivů a okolností působících na mládež jsou zde popsány fenomény jako rodina, škola a parta.
Abstract:
The article is devoted to factors and causes influencing children and adolescents towards perpetration of criminal activities. It further deals with differing types of criminality and specific characteristics of adolescent transgressors. A description of phenomena such as family, school and gang is included to facilitate understanding of all influences and circumstances affecting the young ones.
