Cílem práce je identifikovat nástroje slaďování pracovního a osobního života aplikované nestátními neziskovými organizacemi a vyhodnotit jejich stav. The goal of this thesis is to identify the measures of work and personal life reconciliation offered by non-governmental organizations and to evaluate their current status. This has been achieved through semi-structured interviews with representatives from each of the questi-oned organizations.
