Proposal of a technique for preventing damage to wildlife during pre-sowing soil preparation

Abstract:

V rámci práce je analyzována biodiverzita vybraných druhů volně žijící zvěře a její význam v agroekosystému. Důraz je kladen na zástupce významné pro ekologizaci zemědělství, tedy schopné biologické ochrany polních plodin. Rešerše je zaměřena na negativní vliv zemědělské techniky, které jsou konfliktní při přípravě půdy před setím v jarních měsících a podílejí se na zraňování, usmrcování a poškozování hnízdišť těchto živočichů. Na základě analýzy právních předpisů byla identifikována a vybrána vhodná a perspektivní technika – asistenční systém s potenciálem k využití k předcházení škodám na zvěři. Pro její užití byl navržen postup a metodika ověření v praxi. Zvolen byl asistenční systém tvořený dronem a systémem umožňujícím monitoring volně žijících živočichů. V souladu se stanovenou metodikou bylo provedeno ověření využití. V reálných podmínkách agroekosystému byla identifikována a následně vypuzena zvěř tak, aby mohly být prováděny bezpečně práce - jarní předseťová příprava půdy tak, by bylo předcházeno zraňování zvěře. Tato metoda ochrany se využívá již pro ochranu srnčat při senoseči. Výzkumem bylo prokázáno, že tato metoda je vhodná i k ochraně drobné zvěře (hnízdiště polních ptáků, juvenilních zajíců…).

Abstract:

The work analyzes the biodiversity of selected species of wild animals and their significance in the agroecosystem. Emphasis is placed on representatives important for the greening of agriculture, i.e. capable of biological protection of field crops. The research is focused on the negative influence of agricultural techniques, which are conflicting when preparing the soil before sowing in the spring months and are involved in injuring, killing and damaging the nesting places of these animals. Based on the analysis of legal regulations, a suitable and promising technique was identified and selected - an assistance system with the potential to be used to prevent damage to wildlife. For its use, a procedure and methodology of verification in practice were proposed. An assistance system consisting of a drone and a system enabling mini-touring of wild animals was chosen. In accordance with the established methodology, verification of use was carried out. In the real conditions of the agro-ecosystem, game was identified and subsequently expelled so that work could be carried out safely - spring pre-sowing soil preparation in such a way that injury to game would be prevented. This method of protection is already used to protect fawns during haymaking. Research has shown that this method is also suitable for protecting small game (nests of field birds, juvenile hares...).
