Tématem bakalářské práce je tajemství úspěšné komunikace. Teoreticko-metodologická část charakterizuje úspěšnou komunikaci, zahrnující motivaci ke komunikování a především pozitivní vnitřní postoj jednotlivce. The topic of the bachelor thesis is the secret of successful communication.
