Pedagogical communicarion in teaching of practical education from the point of view of the vocational students at selected secondary vocational school

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na pedagogickou komunikaci ve výuce praktickéhovyučování na vybrané střední odborné škole z pohledu žáka. Práce se dělí na teoretickou a praktickou část.Cílem teoretické části je definovat pojem komunikace a sní pojmy související.Především se zaměřuje na pedagogickou komunikaci, charakteristika možnýchbariér v komunikaci, poskytnutí zpětné vazby, popsání vztahu učitel-žák a praktického vyučování. Teoretická část využívá metodu analýzy, srovnávání a syntézuteoretických poznatků z literárních a ostatních odborných zdrojů.Cílem praktické části je zjistit průběh komunikace mezi učitelem praktickéhovyučování a žáky. Zaměřuje se na klady, ale i nedostatky v komunikaci a toz pohledu žáka. Praktická část je realizována dotazníkovým šetřením. Respondentytvoří žáci 1. až 4. ročníku studijního oboru Cestovní ruch a Agropodnikání Středníodborné školy a Vyšší odborné školy zemědělsko-technické Bystřice nad Pernštejnem. Výsledky praktické části budou vyhodnoceny a následné závěry budou sloužit jako doporučení pro pedagogickou praxi.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis is focused on pedagogical communication in teaching of practical education from the point of view of the vocational students at selected secondary vocational school. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part.The aim of the theoretical par is to define communication and other conceptswith it. Specifically, it focuses on pedagogical communication, characteristics ofpossible communication barriers, providing feedback, describing the vocationalteacher – vocational student relationship and vocational learning. The theoreticalpart uses the method of analysis, comparison and synthesis of theoreticalknowledge from literary and other reference sources.The aim of the practical parts is to find out process of communication betweenthe vocational teacher and vocational students. It focuses on the positive and negative of communication, from the point of view of the vocational students. The practical part is realized by questionnaire survey. Respondents are vocational studentsof the first to the fourth class of the study program of Tourism and Agribusiness ofthe Higher Professional and Secondary agriculture and technical school in Bystřicenad Pernštejnem. The results of practical part will be evaluated and the findingswill serve as recommendation for education practice.
