Cieľom tejto diplomovej práce je navrhnúť a implementovať program na vizualizáciu dokumenotov formátu SBML. Prvá časť práce oboznamuje čitateľa s konceptom jazyka SBML a Gene Ontology a vysvetľuje problém, ktorý je treba riešiť. Daľej sú prezentované technológie a nápady potrebné k dosiahnutiu riešenia. Abstract:
The aim of this thesis is to design a program for SBML document visualization. The first part of this work familiarizes the reader with the concepts of SBML language, Gene Ontology and explains the problem that should be solved.
