Abstract:
Tato diplomová práce vytváří obraz o problematice insider nákupů v USA. Celkové zhodnocení celé situace vychází z analýzy insider nákupů během roku 2012 a 2013. Akcie jsou rozděleny do sektorů a jednotlivé sektory porovnány. Na základě zjištění je specifikování investiční strategie založené na následování insider nákupů.
Abstract:
This thesis creates a picture of the issue Insider purchases in the USA. The overall assessment of the situation based on an analysis of insider purchases during 2012 and 2013. Shares are divided into sectors and each sector compared. Based on the findings of a specified investment strategy based on the following insider purchases.
