Pelvic Floor - The Effect of Pregnancy And Childbirth

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá tím, jaký vliv má těhotenství a porod na pánevní dno. Je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. V teoretické části je popsána anatomie pánevního dna, jednotlivá období v životě ženy, která pánevní dno ovlivňují. Dále jsou probrány metody, jak si udržet pánevní dno ve formě. Jedna z kapitol se zabývá také vztahem pánevního dna a porodu, porodním poraněním a péčí o něj. V závěru práce jsou pak popsány důsledky, které může porod a těhotenství na pánevní dno mít. Praktická část je zpracována kvantitativním výzkumem, formou dotazníků, které byly ženám rozdány v gynekologických ambulancích.

Abstract:

Bachelor thesis deals with the influence of the pregnancy and childbirth on the pelvic floor. It is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part describes the anatomy of the pelvic floor, individual periods in a woman's life that affect the pelvic floor. There are also discussed methods of how to keep the pelvic floor in good condition. One of the chapters also deals with the relationship of the pelvic floor and childbirth, injuries during delivery and care of it. In the conclusion there are then described the consequences that may childbirth and pregnancy cause on pelvic floor. The practical part is quantitative research, in the form of questionnaires that were distributed to the women in gynecologist ambulances.
