Bakalářská práce je věnovaná vztahům a řízení konfliktu v rámci nástupnictví v praxi rodinného podnikání. Cílem práce je na základě provedených analýz vyhodnotit připravenost rodinné firmy na nástupnictví, návrh nástupnické strategie jako projektu. The bachelor thesis is devoted to relations and management of conflict in succession in family business practice. The aim of the thesis is to evaluate the readiness of the family company to succession, to suggest the successor strategy as a project.
