Abstract:
Diplomová práce pojednává o postavení menšin v kontextu Rady Evropy a Evropského soudu pro lidská práva. Práce se zaměřuje na judikaturu Evropského soudu pro lidská práva a imlementaci mezinárodních závazků do právního řádu České republiky.
Abstract:
The thesis deals with the position of minorities in the context of the Council of Europe and the European Court of Human Rights. The work focuses on the jurisprudence of the European Court of Human Rights and imlementaci international obligations into Czech law.
