Orientation and Adaptation of New Employee

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce je shrnutím mých poznatků a všeho, co jsem se naučila po dobu studia v oblasti Řízení lidských zdrojů. Ve své práci se zabývám tématem Orientace a adaptace nového zaměstnance, které je v dnešní turbulentní době velmi aktuální. Teoretická část bakalářské práce popisuje zásady a základy, které se váží k pojetím orientace a adaptace nového zaměstnance. V praktické části jsem se věnovala hodnocení problémů vybrané společnosti na základě rozhovorů se zaujatými osobami, dotazníkového šetření a vlastního sledování. V závěrečné kapitole doplňuji proces orientace a adaptace o vlastní návrhy a doporučení.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis is a summary of my experiences and everything, what I learned during my study of the Human Resource Management. My thesis is focused on the Orientation and Adaptation of New Employee, which is very important in today’s turbulent time. The theoretical part of my thesis describes processes and backgrounds, related to the orientation and adaptation process. The practical part of the thesis deals with evaluation of company’s problems based on interviews with stakeholders, questionnaire and personal monitoring. The last part refills the process of orientation and adaptation with personal proposals and advices.
