Abstract:

Práce se zabývá problematikou vertebrogenních poruch v oblasti lumbosakrální páteře. Obecná část obsahuje údaje o rizikových faktorech, prevenci a příčinách vzniku těchto poruch, uvádí výčet diagnóz v oblasti lumbosakrální páteře se zaměřením na funkční poruchy a informuje o možnostech léčby. Speciální část podrobně popisuje léčebnou rehabilitaci dané problematiky. Práce je doplněna kazuistikou léčebné rehabilitace u pacienta s chronickým vertebrogenním algickým syndromem v rehabilitační ambulanci.

Abstract:

This thesis deals with problems of vertebrogenic impairment of lumbosacral spine. General part of the thesis gives data about risk factors, prevention and causes of these impairments, lists diagnoses in lumbosacral spine with concern in functional impairment and informs about possibilities of treatment. Special part of the thesis describes in detail medical rehabilitation in particular diagnoses. The thesis contains case study, medical rehabilitation of ambulatory treated patient with chronic low back pain syndrome.
