Tématem mé diplomové práce je komparace regulace opravných prostředků dle Daňového řádu a Zákona o správě daní a poplatků. Práce se zabývá nejen srovnáním těchto právních úprav, ale též pracuje širokou judikaturou zabývající se tímto tématem. The topic of my thesis is to compare the legal regulation of remedial measures under the Tax Procedure Code and the Act on the Administration of Taxes and Fees. The thesis deals with not only a comparison of those legal regulations, but also works with a wide case law on this topic.
