Deposition and characterisation of diamon-like carbon thin films
Abstract:
V předložené práci studujeme vyšší harmonické frekvence plazmových oscilací doutnavého výboje užitého při depozicích v plazmatu z plynné fáze a leptání v plazmatu. Hlavní motivací je získání nové diagnostické metody, kterou lze průběh těchto procesů sledovat.
Abstract:
In the present work we study higher harmonic frequencies of plasma oscillation of glow discharge used for plasma enhanced chemical vapor deposition and plasma etching. The main motivation is bringing a new real-time diagnostic method for these kinds of plasma processing
