Abstract:
Tato diplomová práce se zabývá testováním účinnosti různých druhů inhibičních látek na mikroorganismy kontaminující sperma chovných kanců. V úvodu je popsáno základní složení a charakteristické vlastnosti kančího spermatu. Dále jsou uvedeny mikroorganismy nejčastěji se vyskytující v kančím spermatu, jejich zdroj a vliv na kvalitu kančího spermatu. Velká část práce je věnována možnostem inhibice mikroorganismů …more
Abstract:
This master´s thesis deals with testing the effect of various types of inhibition substances on microorganisms contaminating semen of breeding boars. The introduction describes the basic composition and characteristics of the boar semen.
