Anotace Autor: Klára Kalužová Název: Přechod z FO podnikatele na PO (s.r.o.) v praxi Práce je zaměřena na porovnání daňového zatížení fyzické osoby podnikatele se společníkem s.r.o. Dále se zabývá založením a vznikem společnosti s ručením omezeným a daňovou optimalizací při rozdělování zisku.

Annotation Author: Klára Kalužová Title: The praxi of transition from a natural person (enterpriser) to a corporation (Ltd.) This thesis aims to compare the tax burden of a natural perosn (e.g. enterpriser) to a partaker in a limited partnership. It also deals with the establishment and formation of limited partnership and the tax optimization during the division of profits.
