Influence of three-point hitch adjustment on output parameters of tillage sets

Abstract:

Diplomová práce na téma Vliv seřízení tříbodového závěsu na výstupní parametry souprav na zpracování půdy popisuje konstrukci závěsných zařízení a také je věnována pozornost elektrohydraulickým regulačním systémům traktoru. Práce dále obsahuje technické parametry orebních souprav skládajících se z pluhu Pöttinger SERVO 45S a traktorů Claas Arion 640 s hydromechanickou převodovkou CMATIC a mechanickou převodovkou HEXASHIFT. Na základě terénního měření byly získány hodnoty, ze kte-rých po následném zpracování bylo možné učinit závěr, jaký má vliv tahová síla v horním táhle na výstupní parametry orebních souprav. Změna tahové síly byla prová-děna nastavením různé délky horního táhla. Měření proběhla na pozemku, který byl roz-dělen na dvě části strniště a podmítka. Naměřené hodnoty byly tabulkově a graficky zpracovány, poté byla provedena jejich analýza.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis on the theme Influence of three-point hitch adjustment on output parameters of tillage sets describes the construction of the hitching devices and also pays attention to the electrohydraulic control systems of the tractor. The work also con-tains the technical parameters of plowing sets consisting of a Pöttinger SERVO 45S plow and Claas Arion 640 tractors with a CMATIC hydromechanical gearbox and a HEXASHIFT mechanical gearbox. Based on field measurements, values were obtained from which, after subsequent processing, it was possible to conclude as to the effect of the tensile force in the upper link on the output parameters of plowing sets. The change in tensile force was performed by setting different lengths of the upper link. The meas-urements took place on a plot of land, which was divided into two parts of stubble and stubble cultivation. The measured values were tabulated and graphically processed, then their analysis was performed.
