Study of spectroscopical properties of cheliluthine alkaloid
Abstract:
Chelilutin belongs to minor pentasubstituted quaternary benzo[c]phenanthridine alkaloids, which exhibits fluorescence after light irradiation. During my study I have focused on acid-base properties (determination of association constant) and interaction with double-stranded DNA (for utilization as fluorescent probe for nucleic acids).
Abstract:
Chelilutin patrí k minoritným pentasubstituovaným kvartérnym benzo[c]fenantridinovým alkaloidom, ktorý vykazuje fluorescenciu po svetelnom ožiarení. Počas mojej štúdie som sa zoberala acidobazickými vlastnosťami (stanovenie disociačnej konštanty) a interakciou s dvojzávitnicou DNA (využitie ako fluorescenčná sonda pre nukleové kyseliny).
