Abstract:
Hlavní náplní bakalářské práce je studium nukleofilní adice dusíkatých heterocyklů na kvartérní protoberberinové a benzofenanthridinové alkaloidy. Byly připraveny nové deriváty alkaloidů, které jsou charakterizovány pomocí běžných spektroskopických metod: NMR, MS a RTG difrakční analýza
Abstract:
The aim of the thesis is nucleophilic addition of nitrogen heterocycles to quaternary protoberberine and benzophenanthridine skeleton. Prepared derivates were characterized by NMR, MS and X-ray difraction.
