Tax Documents in Electronic Form

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce pojednává o daňových dokladech v elektronické podobě. Jsou zde popsány náležitosti daňových dokladů a jejich kategorizace obecně, bez ohledu na jejich formu. Hlavním tématem však není jejich konkrétní zaměření a náležitosti. Jde především o to, co ještě po přenesení do elektronické podoby je daňovým dokladem s pohledu právního, daňového a účetního. Práce se v kontextu stávající legislativy a technických možností zabývá praktickou využitelností elektronických dokladů a náročností a specifiky práce s takovými doklady.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis deals with tax documents in an electronic form. Proprieties of tax documents and their categorizations generally are described in the thesis, without reference to their form. But the main matter is not their factual sight and proprieties. The thing is, what else is a tax document, with the legal, tax, and accounting view, after the translation to the electronic form. This thesis in the context of current legislature and technical possibilities deals with a practical utility of electronic documents and seriousness and a specificity of work with these documents. The question how it is possible to develop this sphere in the context of experience from the practice is indicated at the close of the thesis.
