Abstract:
Téma mé práce je zaměřeno na problematiku financování soudnictví v České republice. V prvních bodech se zaměřuji na vymezení justice v rámci veřejné správy a jejím celkovým právním postavením v rámci státu. Poté se zabývám samotnou kapitolou rozpočtu soudnictví a věnuji se rozboru jeho financování na základě pramenů z ministerstva spravedlnosti. V textu se dále věnuji financováním justiční stráže, …more

The subject of my thesis is being focused at the financial matters of the judiciary in the Czech republic. The first points are being directed to the defining of the justice in the public administration range and it´s overall legal position in the state range.
