Abstract:
Práce se popisuje oplocení ve své fyzické rovině a to z pohledu práva soukroného i veřejnoprávního. Práce odpovídá na otázky: kdy musí vlastník pozemek oplotit a kdy se naopak oplocení musí zdržet.
Abstract:
The Bachelor thesis oulines the fencing options, while it discusses its nature from a perspective of both private and public law. The thesis questions the situations when the owner of the property is obliged to put a fence up and when the owner should refrain from doing so.
