Tato diplomová práce se zabývá změnami ve spotřebních chování v posledních letech s větším zaměřením na rychloobrátkové zboží. Cílem práce bylo identifikovat faktory ovlivňující nákupní chování a nové trendy v zákaznických preferencích i v závislosti na pandemii Covid-19. This thesis deals with the changes in consumer behavior over the last years with greater focus on fast moving consumer goods. The aim of this thesis is to identify factors influencing purchase behaviour and new trends in customer preferences, also in relation to the Covid-19 pandemic.
