Abstract:

Predná K., Chování spotřebitele na trhu se zakázkovou výrobou a prodejem kosmetiky. Diplomová práce. Brno: Mendelova univerzita v Brně, 2021. Diplomová práce se zabývá chováním spotřebitele na trhu s výrobou a prodejem zakázkové kosmetiky. Cílem práce je navrhnout obchodní a marketingová opatření pro efektivní výrobu a prodej zakázkové kosmetiky v případě zjištění tržní mezery pro tento typ produktu. V rámci orientační analýzy je provedena analýza tržního prostředí spolu s rozborem chování spotřebitele při nákupu kosmetiky. Primární výzkum v podobě dotazníkového šetření a hloubkových rozhovorů se věnuje zkoumání zájmu spotřebitelů o produkty zakázkové kosmetiky spojené s diagnostikou pleti. Následně jsou formulována obchodní a marketingová doporučení pro uvedení tohoto produktu na tuzemský trh.

Diploma thesis deals with consumer behaviour on the market with production and sales of custom-made cosmetics. The main goal is to propose sales and marketing recommendations according to finding if there is a market gap for custom-made cosmetics in the Czech Republic. As a part of the orientation analysis, an analysis of the market environment is performed together with an analysis of consumer behaviour when buying cosmetics. Primary research is being conducted on the basis of a questionnaire survey and also on in-depth interviews and is focused on interest in buying custom-made cosmetics with skin diagnoses among the respondents. Subsequently, the sales and marketing recommendation for placing this product on the market are formulated.
