This thesis is focused on the community of benthic organisms. The effects of various factors on the occurrence and abundance are evaluated, and statistical methods for the prediction of benthic invertebrates are analyzed. Táto práca je zameraná na hodnotenie významu faktorov prostredia a parametrov spoločenstva makrozobentosu pre vysvetlenie výskytu a abundancie vybraných taxónov benticky žijúcich bezstavovcov.Rozoberá štatistické metódy na predikciu ich výskytu.
