Abstract:

Předmětem bakalářské práce: „ Big data v cestovním ruchu“ je analyzovat trendy ve využití big dat v cestovním ruchu a názorně demonstrovat toto využití. V první části je obsažen popis big dat , jednotlivé typy, jejich charakteristiky a zdroje. Druhá část představuje prostředí, ve kterém je proveden samotný výzkum, který je následně obsahem třetí části, kde je uplatněna metoda sentimentální analýzy na data získaná z twitterových účtů hotelových zařízení v New Yorku. Závěrem jsou získané výstupy porovnány s uživatelskými hodnoceními na serveru Tripadvisor a z tohoto porovnání jsou vyvozeny doporučení, s ohledem na omezení, jimiž jsou big data limitována.

Abstract:

The aim of the submitted thesis: “Big data in tourism” is to analyze trends in use of big data in tourism and to prove its usefulness. First part is focused on desribing big data, types of big data, their characteristics and sources. Second part introduces enviroment, in which is whole research conducted, which is content of the third part, where is used method of sentiment analysis to get customer opinion from twitter accounts of New York hotels. Finally, outputs of sentiment analysis are compared to customer reviews at Tripadvisor webpage. This comparison is basis for recommendations, in which also limitations of big data are taken into account.
