Abstract:
Tato práce se zabývá podstatou Ramanovy spektroskopie, užitím a hlavně, průzkumem digitálních a volně dostupných knihoven spekter, získaných právě touto metodou. V rámci průzkumu byl vytvořen seznam dvanácti online databází spekter, představeny dva programy pro získání a práci se spektroskopickými daty a také vytvořena databáze padesáti čtyř spekter pigmentů.
Abstract:
This work deals with essence of Raman spectroscopy, application and mostly, research of digital and freely available libraries of spectra, obtained by this method. Within the frame of the research, a list of twelve online spectroscopic libraries was made, two programs for acquiring and editing spectroscopic data were introduced and also a database of fifty four pigment spectra was made.
