Cieľom predkladanej bakalárskej práce je zhodnotenie finančného hospodárenia mesta Martin v rokoch 2009 ? 2011. V teoretickej časti sú na základe vybranej literatúry vysvetlené hlavné pojmy týkajúce sa územnej samosprávy a jej finančného hospodárenia. Praktická časť je zameraná na mesto Martin, ktorá zahŕňa základnú charakteristiku mesta, analýzu príjmov a výdajov rozpočtov a vyhodnotenie nakladania …more

The aim of this thesis is to evaluate the financial management of the town Martin in years 2009 ? 2011. In the theoretical part, main concepts of local government and its financial management are explained on the basis of selected literature.
