Abstract:
Tato práce se věnuje problematice konfrontace skautského hnutí a nedemokratických režimů. Pátrá po příčinách perzekuce skautského hnutí ze strany totalitních a autoritářských režimů a pokouší se o její vysvětlení pomocí jedinečné případové studie. Klade si otázku, zda-li lze svobodnou práci s mládeží považovat za jeden z atributů demokratické společnosti.
Abstract:
This thesis discusses questions of confrontation between scout movement and non-democratic political systems. Thesis searches for reasons of persecution of scout movement by totalitarian and authoritarian systems and tries to explain this by unique case study. The paper asks a question, if free work with youth could be rate as atribute of democratic society.
