V bakalárskej práci sme sa zamerali na tri obligatórne orgány akciovej spoločnosti : valné zhromaždenie, predstavenstvo a dozornú radu. Valné zhromaždenie je najvyšším orgánom spoločnosti. Rozhoduje o najvýznamnejších otázkach jej existencie a fungovania. Predstavenstvo je štatutárny orgán.
