The influence of social networks on students of 8th and 9th grade of elementary school

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se věnuje problematice vlivu sociálních sítí na žáky 8. a 9. třídy základní školy. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část, přičemž v teoretické části je zmapován celý životní prostor žáka, tedy vývoj pubescenta, rodina, škola a mimoškolní prostředí. Tato část se také věnuje sociálním sítím, jejich rozdělení a využití, rizika spojená s užíváním sociálních sítí, pozitivním a negativním stránkám a samostatnému pojmu "vliv". Druhou, tedy praktickou část této bakalářské práce, tvoří výzkum, jehož metodou je anonymní dotazník pro žáky osmé a deváté třídy obou pohlaví. Anonymně byli dotazováni žáci ze základní školy v Kroměříži a gymnázia v Kojetíně. Na základě tohoto dotazníku je zjištěn pohled žáků na sociální sítě, vliv sociálních sítí a tzv. "influencerů" na jejich životy, pozitivní a negativní zkušenosti a případné napadení na jejich osobu v kyberprostoru.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis deals with the issue of influence of social networks on 8th and 9th grade elementary school students. The thesis is divided into theoretical and analytical part. The theoretical part covers all aspects of student's life - their development, family, school and extracurricular activities. It also describes the most used social networks, their usage statistics and distribution, risks associated with the use of social networks, and also positive and negative aspects of their usage and the separate concept of "influence". The second, analytical, part of my bachelor thesis consists of research. The method of the research is anonymous questionnaire forms completed by 8th and 9th grade students of both genders. I interviewed students from elementary school in Kroměříž and grammar school in Kojetín. Based on this research I have discovered students' opinion on social networks, the influence of social networks and so-called "influencers" on their lives, their positive and negative experience, and also possible cyber-attacks on them.
