Diplomová práce je věnována analýze systému odměňování a motivace zaměstnanců ve firmě MHM EKO s.r.o. Teoretická část popisuje základní pojmy z oblasti odměňování a motivace. Jedná se o strategie odměňování, mzdový systém, mzdové formy, fáze odměňování a zaměstnanecké výhody.
