Diplomová práce se zabývá analýzou státního rozpočtu v letech 1993 až 2014. V práci je nejprve teoreticky charakterizován státní rozpočet a veřejné výdaje. Poté je v praktické části vypracována analýza výdajů státního rozpočtu České republiky na úrovni rozpočtových kapitol, běžných a kapitálových výdajů. This thesis deals with the analysis of state budget in 1993 to 2014. Firstly the state budget and public expenditures are theoretically defined. Secondly the analysis of state budget expenditures of the Czech Republic at the level of budget chapters, current and capital expenditures is elaborated in the practical part.
