Abstract:
Tématem této bakalářské práce je "Předsoutěžní redukce tělesné hmotnosti v judu". Cílem práce je analyzovat předsoutěžní snižování tělesné hmotnosti u vrcholových judistů České republiky. Stejně jako ostatní bojové sporty je i judo sport kategorizovaný podle hmotnosti. Před každým turnajem se sportovci podrobují měření hmotnosti, aby se určila jejich soutěžní váhová kategorie. Abstract:
The topic of this bachelor's thesis is "Pre-Competition Weight Reduction in Judo". The goal of the bachelor's thesis is analyze the pre-competition body weight reduction of the top judo athletes of the Czech Republic. Like other combat sports, judo is a sport categorized by weight.
