Managerial skills and their use in the practice of a hotel manager
Abstract:
Tématem bakalářské práce jsou manažerské dovednosti a jejich využítí v praxi manažera hotelu. Cílem bakalářské práce je zjistit, jaké manažerské dovednosti považují pro svoji praxi za klíčové, a jaké přístupy, metody a postupy se jim u vybraných dovedností v praxi osvědčily. V teoretické části jsou na základě studia literatury identifikovány a popsány klíčové manažerské dovednosti.
Abstract:
The topic of the bachelor thesis is managerial skills and their use in the practice of a manager in a hotel. The aim of this bachelor thesis is to find out which managerial skills they consider to be the key to their practice and what approaches, methods and procedures have proven to be useful in selected skills.
