Práca sa zaoberá najnovšími modelmi hodnotenia zdravotných rizík POPs s dôrazom na čo najreálnejšie zobrazenie expozície a zohľadnenie prítomnosti iných látok. Pozornosť je kladená najmä na donedávna málo diskutovanú problematiku dermálnej absorpcie látok a prestupu látok membránami.
