Hlavním cílem diplomové práce je zhodnocení a popsání právní úpravy privatizace v České republice. Podrobně se věnuji realizaci privatizace a zkoumám výchozí podmínky transformačního procesu v ČR. The main aim of this thesis is to evaluate and describe legal regulation of privatization in the Czech republic. The work is focused on implementation of privatization and examination of the initial conditions for the transformation process in the Czech republic.
