Tato práce se věnuje způsobům řešení obchodních sporů. Vymezuje jednotlivé metody řešení sporů spolu s jejich výhodami i nevýhodami. Na základě specifik sporů je popsán postup, prostřednictvím kterého je možno zvolit adekvátní metodu řešení sporu. Blížeji se práce zaměřuje na mediaci. Popisuje její vývoj a využití v Evropě. The topic of this thesis is ways of resolution of business disputes with regard to mediation. Particular ways of resolution of disputes and their advantages and disadvantages are defined.
