Rozšíření šťavelů Oxalis corniculata, O. dillenii a O. stricta v České republice podle herbářových dokladů ve vybraných veřejných sbírkách

Distribution of Oxalis corniculata, O. dillenii and O. stricta in the Czech Republic as documented by herbarium specimens in some public collections

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce popisuje rozšíření žlutokvětých šťavelů Oxalis corniculata, O. dillenii a O. stricta v České republice podle dokladů z 18 herbářových sbírek. Tyto rostliny jsou u nás nepůvodní (jsou to neofyty), které na našem území dříve zdomácněly zvláště v teplých oblastech. Hlavní determinační znaky studovaných šťavelů jsou popsány na základě literární rešerše. Podle těchto diagnostických znaků byly revidovány herbářové doklady. Texty herbářových etiket byly zaznamenány do databáze v programu Acces. K takto získaným lokalitám byly doplněny odpovídající zeměpisné souřadnice a poté zhotoveny síťové kartogramy (v síti CEBA) rozšíření studovaných druhů. Nejrozšířenější ze studovaných druhů je O. stricta (621 záznamů), potom O. corniculata (186 záznamů) a nejvzácnější je O. dillenii (60 záznamů). Výsledky mapování potvrzují a podstatně doplňují dosavadní poznatky; a to o výskyty ve fytochorionech, odkud studované druhy nebyly dosud známy. Výsledky revizí byly uveřejněny v databázi Pladias.

Abstract:

The bachelor's thesis describes the distribution of yellow-flowering sorrels Oxalis corniculata, O. dillenii and O. stricta in the Czech Republic based on the revision of specimens in 18 herbarium collections. All three Oxalis species are introduced plants (neophytes) in this country, and they have become naturalized especially in areas with warmer climates. The herbarium specimens were revised based on characters reported in literature. Text of herbarium labels of revised specimens were into a Microsoft Access database. The records were georeferenced, and grid distribution maps were prepared for the three studied Oxalis species. The most widespread species is O. stricta (represented by 621 records), followed by O. corniculata (186 records) and O. dillenii (60 records). The results obtained in this study substantially improve our knowledge about the distribution of the three Oxalis species in the country, including new records for phytogeographic districts. The herbarium records processed for this study are available also in the Pladias database.
