Diplomová práce je případová studie, která analyzuje konflikt v Dárfúru a porovnává jeho jednotlivé fáze s prvky genocidy. Cílem studie je ověřit, zda konflikt v Dárfúru dosáhl parametrů konceptu genocidy či nikoliv. Zjištěné výsledky ukazují, že konflikt v Dárfúru byl genocidní akt. Abstract:
This thesis is a case study that analyzes the conflict in Darfur and compares the different phases of the elements of genocide. The aim of the study is to verify whether the conflict in Darfur has reached the parameters of the concept of genocide or not. The results show that the conflict in Darfur was genocidal act.
